I like to warm up with a little cardio, (5 minutes), but I do my real cardio after my workout.
I rather have as much energy as possible for building muscle then lossing fat. Plus a good hard workout will burn fat.
Hit the weights first then do your cardio.

Optimally, you'd want to put at least 6 hours between your weight training and cardio. Doing cardio directly after weight training is just asking to go catabolic andburn muscle.

light cardio before lifting is good to get your body warm and itll help w fat loss because youll already be sweating during your workout...BUT you don't want to do heavy cardio before lifting otherwise youll wear yourself out...any intense cardio i do i do after lifting
