My mom bought this low carb cheese cake and I'm like what the hell i'll try a piece. It tasted to sooo dam good. I'm thinking in my head oh god 20g of fat and 2 carbs. I checked the nutrition lable, and it was very suprising with only 2g of fat, 2g of carb, and 23g of protein!!!! Thats better than many of the protein bars out the there and this was the best tasting dessert food that i've ever had in my life that was good for you.

Looks like there's quite a lot of artificial flavourings and preservatives in that cheese cake, but for a dessert the nutritional analysis looks damn good and I bet it's delicious too.

The label looks good, but I'm still skeptical. The first two ingredients are cream and cheese. How the hell can you have these with next to nothing for fat? It doesn't make sense.

Those labels can be full of shit. It's been known to happen.

those are outstanding nutritional stats for a dessert, esp one that you say tastes good =/

mite i also add, thats pretty much the biggest paragraph of ingredients i've ever seen.

Are you sure that it isn't 2g of "impact carbs"? I hate that crap, the low-carb peddling marketers have consumers brainwashed in to thinkg that non-impact carbs don't count. They don't spike insulin, but they are completely useless.
