Prohormone supplements

I've been looking at these prohormones nor - something-or-other that supposedly convert to nandrolone (deca) in the body. Do these work or is it mostly BS? It seems to me that if they did we'd all be on them and gaining solid pounds every week! Opinions please...

19 nor 4ad is the best one i believe, they do work in the same way other pro hormones work. rememebr they are not steroids and you wont gain like you would on deca. best used in a transdermal gel like dermabolics.

Why not? I mean in theory if I was to inject 200mg deca per week or take the equivalent amount of 19 nor transdermally (however large it may have to be) Wouldn't the net result be the same nandrolone in my bloodstream yielding the same results?

There is a limit on the amount that can be converted.

It takes enzymes in the body to convert the prohormones as far as i know and it depends on each person and how much of the particular enzyme they have.

This is how i understand it does anyone know any different?

BoBo747 if you decide to go down the prohormone path as has already been said m1test seems to be the strongest advantage labs do one but recommend only using it for two weeks on two weeks off i have read other post that suggest longer periods can give similiar side effects to androgens but not as pronounced

If you could find out what the conversion rate from Nor -> Deca you could work out the dosing. From my research i have found that the Nor compound isnt as effective as many of the other pro-hormones/pro-steroids

Ive also read that 4ad has a 7% conversion rate which is not particulary high.

you cant really compare the pro hormone to deca they are completley diffrent.

deca is injected,is esterified, and a steroid.

19 nor 4ad has poor bio availablity, short half life, has to convert into a target hormone, it converts at a very small %

what would the side effects be like on a extreme dose of the pro hormone?

I did this as my 1 st stack and gained around 14 lb, keeping about 10, a good stack for a newb, and not too hard on the system. Ids do this as a package, suppshop sells it as a stack, or used to. for the 4ad to be effecive orally i would say 600-900mg ed and about 500mg ed for the 19 nor.
