Colon Cleansing

Hey everyone, I was wondering if you know of any "at home" colon cleansing products that have some merit to them. Also, is it possible for one of the colon cleansig kits you buy OTC is comparable to an actual colon cleansin?

don't do it. your body likes the intestinal flora it has. it does a body good.

The best thing to do to clean out your colon is to eat fruit and veggies, since they are high in fiber they'll go through your colon cleaning out most of that junk. The only other way you can get it cleaned is if you go to the doctor, they'll seriously stick a hos up your ass and pump air through it to get it clean.

There is a procedure called colonic irrigation that is supposed to clean all undigested food off the wall of the colon.
