Food?, weights?, whey?

There are loads of supplemets you can use to assist in your bodybuilding, but nothing I know of just makes you huge! sorry.

steroids are the obvious thing but lots of research needed before you delve inot that one..eat lots of good stuff and train hard! looked into Pro hormones (e.g. s1+)? I'm not totally convinced of them after 2 cycles but others have kept gains made..lots of protein, some creatine and patience needed..

Spread your meals out throughout the day, 5 or 6 and eat a maximun amount of protein. Take your supplements and diversify your training activity. Also, try not to look in the mirror and expect changes. That is when the development occurs.

Stick to the basics bro until your sure you are done growing which sometimes but rarely lasts beyond the age of 21. After that and you have been lifting right and getting the right nutrition and still dont see the results you would like to then do some careful research on something stronger. Try doing things the right way for a while with no compromise and i think you will be suprised at what you can achieve. Just make sure you EAT EAT EAT!!!! Good Luck

creatine works in terms of muscle fueling, and can indirectly lead to lean muscular growth...when u perform an act of energy, in ure cells atp (adenosine TRIphosphate) is converted into adp(adenosine DIphosphate) i.e it looses a molecule of phosphate, this reduction releases energy...what creatine does is bond with the phosphate and kind of 'give it back' to the adp...creating atp again...which can be reduced again to release energy.....so supplementin with creatine provides you with a greater amount of muscular fuel...which may result in more muscular power, greater intensity, endurance etc....and if u can work harder u can grow more..it can bring more fluid into the muscles but this is not the main source of muscle growth from creatine.

If your a beginner like me, dont take creatine. I dont understand why people take creatine, as ive heard/read that all creatine does is add water to the muscle (which makes the muscle bigger, and if you sotp taking creatine the water will just turn into waiste i.e. muscles down
