I ordered my methyl 1 test and should be seeing it soon. I am gonna run it two weeks at 20mg a day. What have been the wieght gains and strength gains acquired by people who have used this so far? Lets put everyones results in this thread! It will make it easy for reference.Edited by: POLK

Since it is your first time using this compound, go with 10mg ED for the first two weeks. Then take a week off and if you reacted well and the sides are low enough for you, then consider upping to 20mg ED.

Iagree 10mgs should be plenty

I've used M1T before. I used the following doses:

week 1-2: 10mg ED
week 3: off, 6-oxo
week 4-6: 20mg ED
week 6-8: PST, currently @ week 7

So, I did 2 weeks on, one week off, 3 weeks on, and now doing PST at the moment. Overall, this is the perfect compound for me as all of the sides(lethargy and minor back cramps) disappeared during the second part of the cycle. Even through the last days of week 6, I kept gaining strength and size at awsome rates. Basically, I can now rep out(6-8) my old maxes in every exercise with ease

I personally did not get stronger while on my 2.5 week cycle. I used 20mgs a day. No blood pressure issues. Lethargy was annoying beyond belief. I did gain a shitload of weight. I went from 213 to 228. Now I am holding at 225, 1.5 weeks later. I have gotten stronger after the cycle.. crazy I know. but I have been taking 6OXO and it seems to be doing what it should. I wull try this stuff again because I still have some I might try a different workout or something. But I would say M1T didn't work like I was hoping. Weight with out strength is like girls throwing pussy at you but you not having a dick.

Wow congrats on your weight gain! Sorry to hear the strength increase was not there.
