well im 15 years old and im like 6 foot ish and 75.8kilo do you think when iv lost my weights at boxing il have excess skin? asin stomach skin

i dont got a big belly no :P but its not small theres not much fat at all but i was worried about having excess skin :P

You skin, especially at your age and weight (you aren't very overweight), will rebound and shrink as you lose unless you have some rare genetic thing going on.

Skin is VERY elastic and will snap perfectly. You don't need to worry about excess skin unless your older, or trying to lose 70+ lbs.

and even at that. I went down 100 plus and I have none on my stomach. Just sum on my legs and sides

i got my new punchbag topday should i do like 12 3mins rounds with 1min breaks a day?

monday: boxing
tuesday:12rounds bag
wed:boxing
thurs:12rounds bag
fri:boxing
sat:12rounds bag
sun:rest
guys what weights exercises should i do for abs and biceps i need more punch power :) thanks just need a good few things that can increase strength

yeah but fed your a damn freak of nature man. haha
the only thing we been doin for abs lately is lieing flat on the floor and raising legs and holding it there i been doin alot of bagwork at home when i can to try get my fitness up
boxing brakes up after the 22nd dec for holidays till 5th jan what workouts shall i do at home while boxing on holidays
Maybe some circuit training?
2 minutes skipping
50 crunches
2 minutes skipping
20 lunges
2 minutes sprinting
20 pushups
(repeated like 5 times non stop?)
ok il do burpees instead of lunges
i need to get as fit as i can :P so evrything helps :)

* High Knee Run
* Burpees
* Jumping Jacks
this is a new circuit i8m goin to be doin 30seconds each thing and like 7 rounds a day :) think it will still be effective with incline pushups insted of decline
please reply if u have any idea
im not very good at decline pushups so id rather incline :P
